ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
     *    Advice/computations for Oregon State University graduate
          students, professors, other college staff, and private
          business working on dissertations/theses or other
          research. Clients have been in: education; sports
          science; public health; apparel, interiors, housing and
          merchandising; nutrition and food management; psychology;
          marketing; management; and real estate appraisal.
     *    Design/execution of statistical appraisal models of
          residential real estate prices in Benton, Linn and Marion
          Counties Oregon.
     *    Design/execution of model for computing work load in
          shipyards.
     *    Design/execution of model of shipyard overhead.
     *    Design of data base and statistical model for projecting
          ship cost estimating relationships.
     *    Design of regulatory economic test to compare the life
          cycle costs of coal and oil furnaces.

EXPERIENCE:
     1992 - Present: Independent professional in statistics,
          cost/economic analysis, and statistical support of real
          estate appraisal.
     1990 - 1992: Teaching/research assistant in statistics at
          Oregon State University.
     1972 - 1990: Employed as: branch chief, section chief,
          engineer, budget analyst, operations research analyst,
          management auditor by U.S. General Accounting Office,
          U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of the Navy,
          and contractor supporting Department of the Navy.
     1963 - 1991: Officer in U.S. Navy and U.S. Naval Reserve.
          Retired with rank of Captain (O-6).
