On 19-Mar-2003, announced the start of the unsanctioned Iraq invasion. Six weeks later, on 1-May-2003, King George (who had successfully ducked his duty during Vietnam) had the gall to play fighter pilot on the USS Lincoln. With a "Mission Accomplished" banner as a backdrop, Commander Dubya declared an end to the Iraq war. Months later, as the death toll mounted, the White House claimed that he had actually declared an end to "major combat operations". The White House also made a feeble attempt to distance itself from the "Mission Accomplished" banner.
But the biggest irony of all is that, like most members of the Bush/Cheney administration, our "Commander-in-Chief" was AWOL during the Vietnam war. During his February 2004 interview with Tim Russert, Dubya promised that his entire military record would be released -- are you surprised to learn that that promise has not been fulfilled? In fact, Associated Press was forced to sue the Pentagon and Air Force for access to Bush's military records -- that's rather odd considering Bush's insistence that he had "nothing to hide".

George Bush, the one they chose
Born with a silver spoon up his nose
Slid by on the family name
He's got no soul and a feeble brain
George Bush could do no wrong
AWOL during Vietnam
He had better ways to spend his time
Like getting drunk and doing lines
George Bush, the corporate whore
He's gonna wage perpetual war
Flight suit with a padded schlong
King George says "Bring 'em on!"
He talks the talk but can't walk the walk...
King George: The Chickenhawk!
