During the past 35 years I have traveled the world as a member of the scientific fishery community.  My education and background training is in pathogenic microbiology and biochemistry where I developed fish vaccines for the aquaculture industry.  During that time I gained an appreciation for how damaged the environment became around activities including fish culture and human habitation and farming practices. The pond standard now is a hole in the ground with water in it.  The best way to treat disease is to improve the environment and the best way to do this is using natural components.

 

     

 

 
 
The Oregon Local Pond Doctor Visit.  I charge $250 plus travel. I can give personal service doing a bit of water chemistry and addressing immediate problems and showing you your own restoration materials.  This is the best way to get me to work; because I return to my office and I write directly to your problem creating a report and video explaining what needs to be done.  Then I help you to achieve these solutions, most of which you can perform.
 

 
The National and International Pond Doctor Visit. I require all travel and expenses and a $500 fee with a two day minimum.  I can leave here and make it to most of the country flying out early one day and returning the following.  You get the personal service as above.  My own travel has proven to me the members of the aquatic community are the same everywhere where many of the same members are here or another is there occupying the same niche in the ecology.  Because there are almost as many ecologies in the world as there are cities, my job will be to find the components and direct you to how to get them. 
 

 
The Pond Doctor Web Service.  This is an entry level open door clinic visit for $46.  You give me a call or email me and identify your problem; and I determine how I can help you.  If you qualify; you will be admitted to my group of pond owners throughout the world that enjoy my services.  The reason I am selective, I don't want your $46 unless I can help.   There are situations that through no fault of your own, you cannot solve or cannot pay for.  I will determine that for free.  Often a single phone call will determine this.  Using remote sensing I can see almost all bodies of water across the country.
 

 

Once you are aware of the situation, I will help you to solve your problem; but more importantly I help you to structure your water so it requires minimal maintenance and provides you with a healthy environment.  Often just becoming aware of some easily-instituted measures is all that is required.  Mother Nature  has wonderful self-healing ways.  You just have to induce the healing and the ecology you provide can care for the rest.
