Payment: We do not have online payment at this time.  But you can pay through PayPal to the account: finefiberpress@comcast.net.    Fine Fiber Press accepts PayPal, money orders, Visa, MasterCard on first orders. Checks OK after credit has been established. Terms: 30 day net Allow 4-5 weeks for delivery inside North America, add another week for outside North America.

Registration Information for Fine Fiber Press classes: Register through Fine Fiber Studio, see address, telephone and email below.   Pre-register at least two weeks prior to class. For most classes, class times are arranged at the convenience of the student and the instructor. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold that date with the balance due one week prior to class.   Email for information at Fine Fiber Press & Studio.  Questions? There are many motels and one nice Bed and Breakfast in Albany if you need a place to stay overnight. Just contact Pat Spark or Kathe Todd-Hooker if you need information about this. 

Refund Policy: We will replace the products we sell except for the Felting Machine*, if the items arrive to you broken. We will pay the postage for the replacement of these broken items. If you do not want the item after you have purchased it or it does not meet your needs, it can be returned for store credit if it is in good condition.  The credit is for the purchase price, sans shipping, You pay the postage for these items.  *Felting Machine problems should be taken directly to the manufacturer.
