MIRRIX LOOM

Kathe has really been enjoying her Mirrix Looms.  So much so, that Fine Fiber Press & Studio is now selling these looms.  They come in a variety of sizes and prices.  For her small scale tapestries, Kathe loves the Big Sister loom.  She has the Add On Treadle option with her Big Sister loom and she says it is a quick and efficient way to weave.  This addition is really helpful for any of the looms.

Kathe's Favorite: Big Sister Lap & Table Loom

At 16 inches wide and weighing in at 6 pounds, the Big Sister can hold a tapestry 13 inches wide and 36 inches high. A great workshop or travel loom, the Big Sister stands firmly on a table. This is Mirrix' most popular loom both for tapestry and bead weavers or those who do combined techniques. Included: Four coils: 8, 12, 14, 18 dents, shedding device and handle, two large black clips, warping bar, flat wrench, Allen wrench, coil bar, warping DVD, written instructions.  $280.00 plus shipping and handling.

Add-On Treadle

The Add-On treadles will turn any Mirrix into a production tapestry loom. The add-on treadles replace the shedding device handle. They can be placed anywhere beneath the loom since they are attached by a cable system. Set your Mirrix loom on a table or on a stand, attach your treadles, and experience floor loom weaving for a fraction of the price and space. Tapestry weaving doesn't get better than this.  Price: $225.00

Other Styles of Mirrix Looms:
Little Guy Lap & Table Loom: Weighing in at a featherweight 5 pounds, this 12 inch wide loom is a workshop goerís dream. Weave a fiber or bead tapestry up to 9 inches wide and 22 inches high.  $250.00
